Company’s Goals
Navibank Securities Joint Stock Company (NVS) was established on May 16, 2008. Though having humble beginning, NVS has been gradually asserting its solid position on the securities market by building the trust of investors. This has been attributed to NVS’s coherent business strategy focusing on maxmizing investors’ and shareholders’ value via providing securities business.
NVS has always accomplished positive growth over recent years by providing following services stock brokerage, underwriting, securities depository and others. Constantly strving for higher peaks, NVS has set the goal of sustainable development, sustaining positive growth and network expansion across the country.
Development process
2008
May 16th: NVS was established, headquartered at 7th Floor, Minexport Building, 28 Ba Trieu, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi and operates with 03 business lines: Securities brokerage; Securities depository; Securities investment consulting, financial consulting and other financial services. Initial charter capital was 42 billion VND
June 06th: NVS was licensed with the Securities Depository Membership Certificate from the Vietnam Securities Depository Center.
August 13th: NVS was approved as a trading member of the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
October 16th: NVS was approved as a trading member of the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
2010
July 05th: The company was approved to participate in online trading at the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
November 16th: The company moved its headquarters to 6th Floor, HandiResco Building, 521 Kim Ma, Ba Dinh, Hanoi. It has been the company’s headquarter until now.
2011
January 11th: E-Viet Securities Joint Stock Company was renamed as Navibank Securities Joint Stock Company.
May 19th: NVS received the Decision of the Securities Commission on increasing the charter capital to 161 billion VND.
2015
May 14th: NVS received the adjusted License for establishment and operation of a securities company, thus increasing the Company’s charter capital to 187 billion VND and adding securities trading.
2021
October 13th: NVS received the adjusted the License for establishment and operation of a securities company, thereby increasing the Company’s charter capital to 252 billion VND and adding securities underwriting operations.

October 16th: NVS was approved as a trading member of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
