1. Convertible Bond

2. Covered Bond

3. Warrant Bond

Warrabnt Bonds are issued by a joint stock company with warrants, allowing the warrant holder the right to buy a number of common shares of the joint stock company according to the terms and conditions determined in the bond issuance plan.

4. Non-convertible bonds do not have warrants or collaterals

A bond issued that does not fall into the above cases.

5. Green Bond

Corporate bonds are issued to finance eco-friendly projects and projects that benefits the environment according to the environmental protection law.
